Delivery policy

Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Personalized commissions may take 4-8 weeks to create and ship. Shipping times vary by location and carrier. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships. Please double-check your shipping address, as we are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect information.

Refund policy

All sales are final due to the custom nature of our glass pieces. If the item is damaged upon arrival, we will exchange the item or issue a refund.

In that case, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage, and we will provide a replacement or credit. Damaged items from drops or mishandling are not eligible for replacement or credit. If you are unhappy with your piece, please reach out, and we will do our best to assist you.
