Little Local App Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Little Local! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Little Local mobile application (the "App"), operated by Little Local, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). You must be at least 21 years old to purchase alcohol through the App. Little Local relies on third parties or sellers to verify age requirements. Little Local, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount paid for the singular purchase made through the App. We make no guarantees about the availability or performance of the App.

Your continued use of the App after the changes take effect will signify your acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will first be resolved through mediation and, if necessary, binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any legal actions must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within Miami, Florida.
