Delivery policy

Free same-day local delivery in Miami, FL to qualifying zip codes for orders placed by 2 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Orders placed by 5 p.m. will be delivered on the next available delivery day if you choose delivery. Unless otherwise stated, please note that we do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.

When you opt for local delivery, you're choosing a personal, hands-on delivery service. We'll deliver your package directly to your specified location, and to ensure you know exactly when it's arrived, we'll take a photo as proof of delivery. We believe in transparency and trust, and this process helps us keep you in the loop.

Please note, once the delivery has been confirmed and documented, the safety and security of your package is out of our hands. We encourage you to choose a secure, attended location for delivery to avoid any possible issues. By selecting local delivery, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Refund policy

At Cote Azura, we pride ourselves on our dynamic selection of items. With this fast-paced rotation of inventory, we appreciate your understanding that we can only offer a 10 day return window.

We accept items for store credit only. We do not issue refunds or cancel orders.

Returns can only be made in the form of a store credit. Once the return is processed, you will receive a unique coupon code via email that does not expire. The coupon code can be redeemed at checkout.

Merchandise must be unworn with original tags attached, and must come with the original return form.

At this time, prepaid return labels are not available. Return shipping is non-refundable.

FINAL SALES

Any sale of a gift certificate, jewelry, or accessories + discounted / sale merchandise are final. Final sale items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.
