This is an internationally awarded organic and B-Corp certified cold-extracted extra virgin olive oil made from leccino, moraiolo, frantoio, and pendolino olives, from the hills of nearby Spoleto, Umbria.
When we source from trusted friends, we know exactly how they treat their trees and we make sure that they follow the same practices we do, especially no chemicals and no-till agriculture. These olives are picked from a family farm with ancestral groves, which is why we call this our Umbrian Heritage extra virgin olive oil.
